Ingredients

  • For Crumble:
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour 120 grams
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar 100 grams
  • ½ cup Instant Oats 45 grams
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 Baking Powder
  • 50 grams Unsalted Butter (cold) cut into cubes
  • For Filling:
  • 2 Pear peeled & cubed
  • 1 cup Cherries pitted
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
  • Take all crumble ingredients in a bowl, add in butter and rub it with your fingers or fork to resemble it coarse crumbs. Put this in fridge till needed.
  • Take pear, cherries, sugar, cinnamon and cornflour in a bowl and mix well.
  • Pour this in a baking pan and spread it evenly.
  • Now top with crumbles and pop them in oven.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 mins till the top is bubbly and golden.
  • Remove it and set aside to cool down.
  • Scoop and serve with vanilla icecream.
