Ingredients

  • ½ liter Vanilla Ice cream use good quality
  • 1 cup Cornflakes
  • 5 to 6 Cookies or Biscuits
  • 1.5 tbsp Cornflour
  • ½ cup Milk
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Whipped Cream as needed for decorating
  • Chocolate sauce as needed for decorating
  • Cherries or any Fruits for serving

Instructions

  • Scoop icecream on a foil lined plate and pop it freezer for 3 to 4 hours till completely frozen.
  • Mix cornflour with milk and set aside. Take cornflakes and biscuit in a blender and blend coarsely. Take this in a plate and set aside.
  • Now take icecream and coat it in the crumbs and dip it in cornflour milk and coat it again in crumbs and pop it in freezer for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
  • Now before frying, heat oil and prepare plate for serving by decorating it with cream and chocolate sauce and fruits.
  • Now take one icecream ball from freezer in a slotted spoon and dip it once in oil. Remove it immediately and place onto a serving plate.
  • Top with cream and cherries and serve immediately
