Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise I used eggless
  • 1 medium Carrot grated
  • 2 Spring Onion white and green chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 6 to 8 Bread Slices

Instructions

  • Take all ingredients except bread in a bowl and mix well.
  • Take bread slices and trim off the edges. Spoon the filling in and spread evenly. Cover with another slice of bread.
  • Cut into finger like slices and serve.
