Ingredients

  • 10 Brown Bread Slices
  • 1 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  • ½ cup Carrot grated
  • ½ cup Capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 Spring Onion finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup Eggless Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Take all the ingredients except bread in a bowl and mix well.
  • Toast your bread slices in toaster or in a tawa. Spoon some of the filling in and cut into diagnols.
  • Serve.
