Ingredients

Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe

  • 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • ½ tsp Instant Coffee
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tbsp Oil or Melted Butter
  • 5 tbsp Milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 3 tbsp Chocolate Chips

Nutella Mug Cake Recipe

  • 4 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
  • 3 tbsp Nutella

Chocolate Banana Mug Cake Recipe

  • 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour Maida
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Mashed Banana
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder

Caramel Mug Cake Recipe

  • 4 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips

Funfetti Birthday Mug Cake Recipe

  • 4 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Vanilla few drops
  • 1 tbsp Sprinkles

Vanilla Mug Cake Recipe

  • 4 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Oil or Melted Butter
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • Salt a pinch
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate chips few for garnishing

Instructions

Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe

  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Grease a microwave safe mug with oil. Pour the batter in and pop it in microwave and cook for 1 to 2 mins. Mine got done in 1.5 mins. Remove it from oven, let it cool a bit, serve with a scoop of ice cream or as it is.

Nutella Mug Cake Recipe

  • Take a bowl, Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar in it. Mix well with a small whisk. Add in milk, oil, and give a good mix. Now add in chocolate chips and nutella. Mix well till the batter is smooth. Take your coffee mug, spray it with oil. Pour the batter in, sprinkle with some chocolate chips over it. Place it in the microwave and cook for 2 mins or until it is cooked. Remove from the microwave and let it stand for 2 mins. Now top it with a dollop of fresh cream and some more nutella and dig in.

Chocolate Banana Mug Cake Recipe

  • Take banana, sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and chocolate chips and mix well. Pop it in a greased microwave safe bowl and pop it in microwave at high power and cook for 2 mins. Remove it and let it stand for 2 mins. Serve.

Caramel Mug Cake Recipe

  • Take flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt in a bowl. Add in egg, oil, milk and vanilla essence. Mix to a smooth batter. Add in chocolate pieces and fold well. Pour this into a greased mug and microwave it for 1 mins. Actually i microwaved it for 1.30 mins, so keep an eye on it. Once it is done, remove it and serve with a scoop of ice cream.

Chocolate Chip Mug Cake Recipe

  • Mix all ingredients together and spoon it into a microwave safe coffee mug. Pop it in microwave. Top with more chocolate chips. cook for 1 min. Remove and serve.

Funfetti Birthday Mug Cake Recipe

  • Mix all ingredients together and spoon it into a microwave safe coffee mug. Pop it in microwave and cook for 1 min. Remove and serve.

Vanilla Mug Cake Recipe

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except chocolate chips. Pour it into a microwave safe coffee mug. Microwave on high power (mine went to 800 watts) for 1.30 mins. Remove it and let it stand for a min. Top with chocolate chips and serve.

Notes

  • My microwave has a high power of 800 watts, if i t is more adjust the time accordingly.
  • Add some white chocolate chips for making this as triple chocolate cake.
  • Don't over bake the cake, else it will get dry.
  • Use good quality chocolate and cocoa powder.
  • Serve this warm with cold vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce for best taste.
  • You can use the same bowl which you use to mix the batter for baking.
