Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp Wheat Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 3 tbsp Sugar -
  • 3 tbsp Oil I used Coconut Oil
  • ½ cup Red Cherry Chopped
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • For Cherry Coulis:
  • ½ cup Red Cherry
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • a sprintz Lemon

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add in flour, cocoa, sugar,baking soda and mix well.
  • Now add in oil, milk and blend it till it gets into a smooth paste.
  • Now add in the Red Cherry and mix for few times till it gets combined.
  • Oil few microwave safe dish and pour this batter into them.
  • Put them in the microwave and cook them for 2 mins.
  • Now remove them from the oven and let it stand for a min.
  • Invert them into a plate or you can serve as it is along with some cherry coulis.
  • For Cherry Coulis:
  • Take Red Cherry in a food processor and add sugar and lemon in them.
  • Blend them till they are smooth.
  • If you need you can strain them, but I didn't do it.
  • Serve it with Cherry cake or with icecream.
