  • 1 small or ¾ cup of chopped apple Apples
  • ½ cup + 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Condensed Milk / Milkmaid
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 5 gm China Grass / Agar Agar
  • For Topping:
  • Tutti Fruity
  • Finely Chopped apples


  • Take apples, ½ cup milk in a blender and make it into a fine puree.
  • Take milk in a sauce pan, add in agar agar. Mix well and let it soak for 10 mins.
  • Now heat it so the agar agar is melted.
  • Once it is melted, add in apple puree, condensed milk and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Pour this into a serving bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 mins.
  • Before serving top it with tutti fruity and chopped apples.
  • Always serve cold.
