Ingredients

  • 1 Beetroot grated
  • 2 cups Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 3 tbsp Coriander Leaves finely chopped

Instructions

  • Take curd, salt and sugar in a bowl  and mix well.Add in grated beets and give a stir.
  • Now make tempering..Heat oil and add mustard and urad dal and let it get light brown.
  • Add this over the raita and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with pulav.
