Ingredients

  • 2 cups Soya Chunks cooked
  • 2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • a handful chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 4 tbsp Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu
  • Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  • Take cooked meal maker in a blender and make them into  a coarse puree.
  • Now add in all the ingredients except oil and grind again to a coarse mix.
  • Take them in a bowl, divide into small balls.
  • Heat oil for deep frying, drop the balls in and fry till golden brown.
  • Drain and serve.
