Ingredients

  • 2 cups Wheat Flour / Atta
  • 1 tbsp Dried Kasuri Methi Leaves
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cup Curd
  • Water as needed
  • 1 tsp + more for frying Oil

Instructions

  • All all the ingredients in a bowl except oil, curd and water. Mix well with your hands.
  • Make a well in the center and add in curd and water.
  • Mix well to make a soft dough. Drizzle some oil over it and knead once. Cover it and let it sit for 30 mins.
  • Now shape into equal balls. Roll it into chapati and toast on hot tawa by drizzling oil on both sides till cooked.
  • Remove and serve with raita or pickle.
