Instructions
▢
Take cooked soya chunks in a mixer and crush them two to three times, so they are finely minced. Set aside till use.

Heat oil in a kadai. Add in fennel seeds and cinnamon and let them sizzle.
▢
Now add in onions and green chillies, saute for a min.
▢
Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 sec.
▢
Add in salt, sugar and all spice powders and saute for 30 sec.
▢
Now add in frozen peas, tomato ketchup and water, mix well.
▢
Add in the minced soya and mix well. Cook this for 5 to 8 mins.
▢
Now add in coriander leaves and mix well.
▢
Switch off the flame and serve with roti.
