Ingredients

  • 1 cup Roasted Gram Dal / Pottu Kadalai / Pori kadalai
  • ½ cup Cashews
  • ½ cup Badam / Almonds
  • 2 inch piece or 2 tsp of powdered one Dry Ginger

Instructions

  • Take badam and cashew in a kadai and roast them till they turn golden, now add in gram dal and roast for a couple of mins.
  • Now take them in a blender and add dry ginger. Powder them finely.
  • Store in a air tight container in fridge.

Notes

1)You dont have to sieve this powder. Just powder this finely and store in a air tight container in fridge.
2)Add a spoonful of this powder to your babies food like porridges when cooking it.
