  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • Salt a pinch
  • Freshly Ground Pepper a pinch

Instructions
 

  • Take cooked rice in a bowl, mash it well.
  • Add a spoon of ghee, salt and pepper and mix well. Mash it well again.
  • Serve it with egg yolk.
