Egg Omelette Recipe with step by step pictures. This is very simple and basic recipe for your breakfast. This basic version is flavored with just spice powders.

Ingredients

  • 2 Egg
  • 1 Onion medium finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal podi
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions

  • Take onion, green chilli, turmeric, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  • Crack open couple of eggs in that and mix well.
  • Heat a tawa and drizzle in some oil.
  • Once it is hot pour the egg mixture in it and cook on low to medium heat till the top layer sets, It will take around 5 mins.
  • Now flip over and cook for 5 mins.
  • Remove it carefully and serve with rice and rasam.
