Ingredients

150
grams
/ ⅓ pound softened & at room temp Butter
▢
¾
cup
/ 150 grams powdered Sugar
▢
1.5
cup
/ 180 gram All Purpose Flour / Maida
▢
½
tsp
Baking powder
▢
¼
tsp
Baking soda
Instructions
▢
Preheat the oven to 180 Degree C / 360 Degree F.
▢
Take flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and mix them well. Set this aside till use.
▢
Now in a another mixing bowl. Take butter and powdered sugar. Cream this well so it turns fluffy.
▢
Now add in the flour mixture and mix well so it forms a soft dough.
▢
Now pinch small portions from it and shape them into balls.
▢
Arrange this in a foil lined baking sheet.
▢
Press them little with your fingers. Use a fork to make some impression on them.
▢
Now pop them in a preheated oven and bake for 18 to 20 mins.
▢
Remove them and let them cool slightly.
▢
Now remove them to cooling rack and let them cool completely.
▢
Store them in air tight container and serve with milk.
