Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 to 5 Pitted Dates
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions

  • Start by soaking dates in milk for 30 mins.
  • Now peel and chop an apple. Add apple, dates, milk and sugar to a blender.
  • Make this into a fine puree.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy.
