  • Instant Oats - ½ cup
  • Roasted Peanuts - ¾ cup
  • Peanut Butter - ½ cup
  • Dates - 12 to 15
  • Sunflower Seeds - 3 tblspn
  • Flax Seeds Powder - 2 tblspn
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Chocolate Chips - ¾ cup


  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Grease a 15 cm square pan with oil. You can line it with parchment paper or foil and grease it with some oil.
  • Take flax seed powder in a bowl, add in 3 tbsp of warm water and mix well. Set aside for 5 mins.
  • Take peanuts, oats, peanut butter, dates, sunflower seeds in a blender and crush them coarsely.
  • Remove them to a bowl, add in flax seed mix, salt, vanilla and chocolate chips and mix well till it forms a dough.
  • Spoon this into the pan and flatten it gently.
  • Bake this for 30 to 35 mins until golden.
  • Remove it and cool it completely.
  • Slice and serve. This can be stored in fridge for a week.
