  • Instant Oats / Quick Cooking Oats - 1 cup / 90 grams
  • Sugar - ¼ cup / 50 grams
  • Butter / Ghee - ¼ cup / 60 grams
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 3 tblspn


  • Preheat the oven to 180 Degree C / 360 Degree F.
  • Take oats in a blender and powder them finely. Remove them to a separate bowl and set aside.
  • Now take sugar in a blender and powder them finely. Add them to a separate bowl along with ghee and cream them well.
  • Add in oats powder and flour and mix them well.
  • Put them in the fridge for 10 mins or so.
  • Now divide them into equal balls and flatten them with your hands.
  • Arrange them in a foil lined tray and use a fork to make impression on them.
  • Bake them in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 mins.
  • Allow them to cool down a little, transfer them to a cooling rack.
  • When cooled completely, store them in an air tight container.
  • Enjoy with a cup of milk.
