Ingredients
▢
Oil - 2 tsp
▢
Garlic - 2 tblps chopped
▢
Capsicum / Bell Pepper - 1 chopped
▢
Spring Onion - 2 chopped
▢
Salt to taste
FOR FRIED CAULIFLOWER:
▢
Cauliflower - 1 head cut it into florets
▢
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 3 tblps
▢
Cornflour - 6 tblps
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Pepper to taste
▢
Baking Power - ½ tsp
▢
Water as needed
▢
Oil for Deep frying
FOR SAUCE:
▢
Tomato Ketchup - ¼ cup
▢
Vinegar - 1 tblps
▢
Honey - 2 tsp
▢
Sugar - 2 tsp
▢
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tblsp
Instructions
▢
Par boil cauliflower in hot water for 2 to 3 mins. Drain and set aside.
▢
Add flour, salt, pepper and baking powder. add little water and mix well.
▢
Now heat oil for deep frying and deep fry till golden and crispy.
▢
Mix all sauce ingredients together and set aside.
▢
Heat 1 tblsp oil in a pan. Add in garlic, capsicum and stir fry for a min.
▢
Add in sauce and mix well.
▢
Add water and mix well.
▢
Add in fried cauliflower and toss well.
▢
Add in spring onion and mix well.
▢
Serve.
