Vanilla Caramel Swirl Ice Cream Recipe

Delicious caramel swirl vanilla ice cream which taste so creamy and decadent. This ice cream is one of the delicious dessert you will ever make.

Ingredients

FOR ICE CREAM:

  • Cream - 2 cups
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk - ½ cup
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp

FOR CARAMEL:

  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Cream - ¼ cup
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp

Instructions

  • Take sugar in a sauce pan and cook till it gets golden brown.
  • Add in cream and whisk till creamy.
  • Add salt, vanilla and mix well. Set aside to cool completely.
  • Now Take cream in a bowl and whisk till soft peaks forms. Add condensed milk and vanilla and mix well.
  • Spoon this in a container and pour in caramel sauce over it. Freeze untill solid.
  • Scoop and serve.
