Ingredients
▢
Rajma / Red Kidney Beans - 1 cup
▢
Oil - 3 tblsp
▢
Onion - 1 large chopped very finely
▢
Garlic - 4 cloves chopped
▢
Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Instructions
▢
Soak rajma overnight. Take it in a pressure cooker, cover with water and pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistle. Drain and set aside the cooking liquid.

Heat oil in a pan, add onions, garlic and chillies. Cook till golden brown.
▢
Add rajma and stir for 5 mins.
▢
Add in salt, cumin powder and mix well.
▢
Take it in a blender, puree till smooth. Add the reserved cooking liquid little at a time and puree till smooth.
▢
Remove to a bowl, top with chopped spring onions or cilantro and serve.
