Ingredients

  • 1 cup I used amul 25% fat fresh cream of Cream
  • 2 cup Full Fat Milk
  • ¾ cup Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions

  • Take milk, icing sugar and vanilla in a bowl and mix well so the sugar is melted.
  • Now whip cream till lightly thickened. Add in milk mix and whip well.
  • Pour this into a jug, fill popsicle moulds and insert popsicle stick into it.
  • Freeze overnight.
  • Now run the mould under water and remove it carefully.
  • Serve immediately.
