This is my plain vanilla popsicle recipe which i used for my chocobar, but i wanted to make it as a separate post because this popsicle can be enjoyed as it is as a vanilla popsicle..

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
Preparation Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 5 mins
Chilling Time : Overnight
Makes : 6 popsicles

Ingredients:
Cream – 1 cup ( I used amul 25% fat fresh cream)
Full Fat Milk – 2 cup
Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar- 3/4 cup
Vanilla Essence – 2 tsp

Method:
Take milk, icing sugar and vanilla in a bowl and mix well so the sugar is melted.
Now whip cream till lightly thickened. Add in milk mix and whip well.
Pour this into a jug, fill popsicle moulds and insert popsicle stick into it.
Freeze overnight.
Now run the mould under water and remove it carefully.
Serve immediately.

Pictorial:

Take all your ingredients
Take milk in a jug
Add in icing sugar
add in vanilla essence
Mix well
Take cream in a bowl
whip it
now it is little thick
add in milk
whisk till it is smooth
done
I poured it in a jug
this way it is easy to pour in a popsicle mould
Take your popsicle moulds
pour it in

now insert some popsicle stick and freeze

Once frozen, run it under tap water and remove the popsicle carefully
Enjoy
