Start by making strawberries, take chopped strawberries in a bowl, add in honey and vanilla and mix well. Set aside till you make the porridge.Chop some nuts as well.
Now in the same pan, add in oats, soy milk and mix well. Cook till oats is done as per your liking. Cool it a bit.
Now spoon this into a bowl and top with strawberries and nuts.. Serve.
