Ingredients

  • 2 Raw Banana Peeled and sliced thinly
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • Water to cook banana
  • Oil for pan frying
  • For Marinate:
  • 1.5 tbsp Sambar Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Power
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Take raw banana and cover with water. Sprinkle salt and turmeric in the water and cook till it is just done.
  • Take all the spices given in a bowl, add the banana and mix well. Coat it well with the spices.
  • Now heat a tawa, drizzle with oil. Pan fry the banana till it is crispy.
  • Remove it and serve.
