Ingredients

All Purpose Flour / Maida
▢

cup
Bournvita
▢
½
cup
Ghee
▢
1 ½
cup
Sugar

cup
+ 2 tbsp Water
Instructions
▢
Heat 2 tbsp of water and pour that over the bournvita. Mix well so it is melted.
▢
Take ghee in a pan, add in flour and roast till nice aroma comes. Remove it to a bowl.

Now in the same pan, add in sugar and ½ cup water.
▢
Heat it and bring it to boil.Boil this till one string consistency is reached.
▢
Now add in maida mix and cook till it gets thick.
▢
Once it is thick add in bournvita mix and mix well.
▢
Mix till it leaves the sides of the pan.
▢
Now pour this in to a greased plate and let it cool down.
▢
Once it is cooled. Cut into slices and serve.
