Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • ½ cup Bournvita
  • ½ cup Ghee
  • 1 ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Heat 2 tbsp of water and pour that over the bournvita. Mix well so it is melted.
  • Take ghee in a pan, add in flour and roast till nice aroma comes. Remove it to a bowl.
  • Now in the same pan, add in sugar and ½ cup water.
  • Heat it and bring it to boil.Boil this till one string consistency is reached.
  • Now add in maida mix and cook till it gets thick.
  • Once it is thick add in bournvita mix and mix well.
  • Mix till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Now pour this in to a greased plate and let it cool down.
  • Once it is cooled. Cut into slices and serve.
