Quick Cooking Oats

Cornflakes
▢
½
cup
to ¾ cup Jaggery / Sarkarai
▢

tsp
+ greasing hands Ghee
▢

chopped finely Dates
▢

Kishmish / Sultanas
▢

Cardamom Powder / Yelakai

Instructions
▢
Dry roast oats in a kadai for 5 mins. Remove to a plate and let it cool down.
▢
Now take that in a blender and powder it slightly. Add it to a bowl.
▢
Take cornflakes in a blender and crush it coarsely. Add it to the same bowl.
▢
Take jaggery in a blender and powder it finely. Add it to the same bowl.
▢
Add in dates, kishmish, cardamom powder, ghee and mix well.
▢
Now Sprinkle some milk over it and mix well so it gets to the consistency of making ladoos.
▢
Grease your hands with a little ghee.
▢
Form small balls from this.
▢
Place this in a air tight container and serve.
