Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1.5 cup Cornflakes
  • ½ cup to ¾ cup Jaggery / Sarkarai
  • 1 tsp + greasing hands Ghee
  • 5 chopped finely Dates
  • 3 tbsp Kishmish / Sultanas
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder / Yelakai
  • 3 tbsp Milk

Instructions

  • Dry roast oats in a kadai for 5 mins. Remove to a plate and let it cool down.
  • Now take that in a blender and powder it slightly. Add it to a bowl.
  • Take cornflakes in a blender and crush it coarsely. Add it to the same bowl.
  • Take jaggery in a blender and powder it finely. Add it to the same bowl.
  • Add in dates, kishmish, cardamom powder, ghee and mix well.
  • Now Sprinkle some milk over it and mix well so it gets to the consistency of making ladoos.
  • Grease your hands with a little ghee.
  • Form small balls from this.
  • Place this in a air tight container and serve.
