Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Water
  • Sugar to taste
  • 2 tbsp Tea Powder you can use any brand
  • 2 tbsp Ginger minced
  • 4 pods Cardamom crushed

Instructions

  • Heat water in a sauce pan. Add tea powder, ginger, cardamom and mix well).
  • Simmer this for 5 mins until all essence of the tea gets into the water.
  • Add milk and sugar and bring it to a boil. Simmer for 2 mins.
  • Now strain it through a tea strainer.
  • Serve hot..
