Ingredients
▢
Aval / poha - 2 cups
▢
Onion - 1 finely chopped
▢
Green Chilli - 2 finely chopped
▢
Curry leaves - 1 sprig finely chopped
▢
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp
▢
Urad dal / Ulundu paruppu - 1 tblspn
▢
Coconut - ½ cup grated
▢
Oil - 1 tblspn
▢
Salt to taste
Instructions

Take poha and sprinkle some water over it and mix well with your hands. Add some salt to it

and mix well. Set this aside till use.

Now heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard and urad dal and let it sizzle.

Add in onions, green chilli and curry leaves and mix well.
▢
Add some salt and

cook for a couple of mins.
▢
Now add in the prepared poha mixture and toss well in the oil so that everything gets heated
▢
up.
▢
Finally sprinkle grated coconut and mix well.
▢
Serve hot.
