Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole White Urad dal

Instructions

  • Take a heavy bottom kadai. Add in urad dal and start roasting on a low flame till it is roasted.
  • Now remove it to a plate and allow it to cool down.
  • Once cooled take it in a trusty blender and powder it finely.
  • Now sift them. You can add the coarse mixture to the next batch which you grind.
  • Spread it on a newspaper. Allow it to cool down. Store this in a air tight container.
  • Use it for your snacks.
