Ingredients

  • For Apple Sauce:
  • 4 Apples medium size crunchy sweet apples
  • ½ cup to ¾ cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup Water
  • For Juice:
  • Apple Sauce as needed
  • Icecubes as needed
  • Cold Water as needed

Instructions

  • Wash apples well. Peel them, deseed them, chop them.Take them in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Now add sugar and water in it. Cover with the lid.
  • Put this in microwave for 10 mins.
  • Remove from oven and mash them little. Transfer this to a blender and make into a smooth puree.
  • Pour this into a dry airtight container and store in fridge.
  • To make juice, take a glass and add few icecubes in them.
  • Now add small amount of apple sauce and fill it with water. Enjoy cold.

Notes

1) You can store the apple sauce upto 3 days in fridge. If you need to store for longer time, freeze them in icecube trays and once frozen collect all the cubes inside a ziploc bag.
