Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp White Pepper
  • 2 Bread
  • 2 tsp Butter

Instructions

  • Bring water to a full boil. Take eggs in a heat safe bowl. Pour the boiling water over the eggs and cover them with a lid. Set a timer for 8 mins and Leave them aside.
  • Once 8 mins is up, remove the eggs and gently place them in a bowl of cold water and leave them for 2 mins.
  • Meanwhile toast some bread and spread butter over it. Cut into strips.
  • Make some coffee.
  • Now take a serving dish. Crack open eggs into the bowl, drizzle with soy sauce and white pepper.
  • Serve with toasted bread.
