White Chocolate - 225 grams / 1 ¼ cup
▢
Unsalted Butter - 100 grams / ½ cup
▢
Brown Sugar - 150 grams / ¾ cup
▢
Egg - 1
▢
Mashed Ripe Banana - 200 grams / ⅔ cup
▢
Vanilla - 1 tsp
▢
Salt - ¼ tsp
▢
All Purpose Flour - 1 ¾ cup / 210 grams
▢
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
▢
White Chocolate - ½ cup chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 degree c. Line a 20 cm square baking pan with parchment and grease it lightly. Set aside.

Take butter and white chocolate in a bowl and place it over a pan with simmering water. Melt it gently.
▢
Now set aside for 10 mins so it cools down.
▢
Now add in brown sugar, banana, egg, vanilla and salt. Mix well.
▢
Take baking powder, white chocolate chunks and flour in a bowl and mix well.
▢
Add this wet ingredients and mix well.
▢
Spoon this in the pan and pop it oven. Bake for 30 to 35 mins.
▢
Now remove it and cool it for 10 mins.
▢
Slice and serve.
