Ingredients
- Sweetcorn - 1 cup I used frozen
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Take sweetcorn in a microwave safe bowl and cover it up.
- Now microwave it on high for 3-5 mins. Alternatively You can just boil them in water, drain and use.
- Now remove them and add in butter, salt and pepper.
- Mix them well.
- Serve immediately.
