Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Delicious juicy sweet strawberries covered with chocolates. There is nothing more romantic for valentine day than chocolate covered strawberries.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 large Strawberry
  • ½ cup Semi Sweet Chocolate or Milk Chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash your strawberries and dry them well in a paper towel.
  • Now take chocolate in a heat proof bowl and place it over a double boiler. Melt it gently. Now remove it and add in oil and mix well.
  • Now take your strawberry and hold the stem and dip it in chocolate. Remove it carefully and set aside in a foil lined plate or parchment lined paper and set it at room temp for 15 mins then chill in fridge and for 5 mins. Now serve.
