Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ cup or adjust Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Thick Unsour Curd / Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon melted + more for cooking Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • ½ cup chopped and more for topping Strawberries
  • Chocolate Sauce as needed

Instructions
 

  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl except strawberries and chocolate topping. Mix well.
  • Add in strawberries and mix well.
  • Heat some butter in a non stick pan. Pour ladleful of batter in and cook till small bubbles form on top. Now flip over and cook for few more mins.
  • Remove it to a plate and drizzle with some chocolate sauce and top with strawberries.
  • Serve warm.
