- 1 large peeled and cut into chunks Pineapple
- Simple Syrup / Sugar as needed
- Lemon Juice as needed
- Icecubes as needed
- For Simple Syrup:
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Water
Start by making simple syrup, take sugar and water in a sauce pan.
Heat till it is melted, now bring it to a boil and boil it for 5 mins.
Remove it to a bowl and cool it down. Pour into clean glass and store in fridge for many many years
Take pineapple in a blender and puree till smooth.
Pour this in a strainer and press as much juice as possible.
Now add in sugar or simple syrup and lemon juice.
Add in icecubes.
Mix well. Serve cold.
