Instructions

Heat water in a sauce pan. Add tea powder, ginger, cardamom and mix well).

Simmer this for 5 mins until all essence of the tea gets into the water.

Add milk and sugar and bring it to a boil. Simmer for 2 mins.

Now strain it through a tea strainer.

Serve hot..
