Simple and healthy peanut butter cookies which has no flour, eggs or butter in them. Healthy for a on the go breakfast.

- Oats - ½ cup
- Coconut - ½ cup
- Peanut Butter - ½ cup
- Honey - 4 tblsp
- Coconut Oil - 4 tblsp
- Baking Powder - 1 tsp
MY 1 CUP MEASURES 240 ml
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Take peanut butter, coconut oil, honey in a bowl and mix well.
Add coconut, oats, baking powder and mix well.
Spoon it in a baking pan and flatten it lightly.
Bake it in preheated oven for 8 to 10 mins untill golden.
Remove and cool completely.
Serve or store in a container for later.
