Hot Chocolate Icecream Recipe
Delicious hot chocolate icecream which taste so yummy and is very easy to make. This is easy and is very cooling for this summer.
Ingredients
- Milk - 2 cups
- Dark Chocolate - 75 grams
- Sugar - 6 tblsp
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
- Marshmallow - 5 pieces
- Cornflour - 2 tsp
Instructions
- Take milk in a sauce paan. Bring it to a boil.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add chocolate and melt it.
- Add vanilla and mix well.
- Add marshmallow and cook till it is meltedd.
- Add in corrnflour mixed with little milk and stir till it thickens.
- Now pour it in a freezer container and freeze overnight.
- Next day grind till creamy and pour back in the same container and freeze.
- Scoop and serve.
