Jack Fruit Ice-Cream Recipe

So aromatic jack fruit ice-cream which is a unique flavour combination in ice-cream. This is super fast and easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • Cream - 2 cups
  • Jack Fruit - ½ cup + 4 tblsp chopped
  • Sugar -¼ cup
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk - ½ cup

Instructions
 

  • Take jack fruit and ¼ cup sugar in a blender and puree till smooth.
  • Take cream and whisk till thick.
  • Add in condensed milk and jackfruit pulp and mix well.
  • Add in the chopped jackfruit and pour it into freezer safe containers.
  • Now freeze overnight.
  • Scoop and serve.
