Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Moong Sprouts
  • 1 medium Onion chopped finely
  • ½ cup Coriander Leaves chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup Gram Flour
  • Oil for pan frying

Instructions
 

  • Take moong sprouts in a sauce pan and boil it for 2 mins. Now drain it and take it in a blender. Puree till it is smooth.
  • Now take this mixture in a bowl, add in all ingredients except oil and knead to a smooth dough.
  • Take small portion, flatten it into a tikki.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add this and fry till golden on both sides.
  • Serve hot.
