Oil for pan frying
Instructions
▢
Take moong sprouts in a sauce pan and boil it for 2 mins. Now drain it and take it in a blender. Puree till it is smooth.

Now take this mixture in a bowl, add in all ingredients except oil and knead to a smooth dough.
▢
Take small portion, flatten it into a tikki.
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add this and fry till golden on both sides.
▢
Serve hot.
