2 cups Moong Sprouts 1 medium Onion chopped finely ½ cup Coriander Leaves chopped finely 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder Salt to taste ¼ cup Gram Flour Oil for pan frying
Take moong sprouts in a sauce pan and boil it for 2 mins. Now drain it and take it in a blender. Puree till it is smooth.
Now take this mixture in a bowl, add in all ingredients except oil and knead to a smooth dough.
Take small portion, flatten it into a tikki.
Heat oil in a pan, add this and fry till golden on both sides.
Serve hot.
