Delicious and simple sabzi made using cabbage and cauliflower. This gobi cabbage sabzi is delicious on its own or as a side dish for rice, roti.

- Cabbage - 3 cups sliced thinly
- Cauliflower - 3 cups chopped and cooked with little salt
- Oil - 2 tblspn
- Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
- Kasuri Methi Leaves / Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 2 tblspn
- Coriander leaves - 1 cup chopped finely
- Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Take cauliflower in a pot, add in water and salt. mix well. Bring it to a boil and cook for 2 mins. Drain it and rinse it in cold water. Set aside.
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add in cabbage, cauliflower in this and toss well. Add in turmeric powder and mix well.
Add in salt and cook covered for 5 to 7 mins.
Now add in the spice powders and toss well. Cook this for few more mins.
Now add in kasuri methi leaves and coriander leaves. mix well.
Serve with rice.
