Ingredients

  • 1 no Naan bread or Pizza base
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 medium Tomato sliced
  • 2 tbsp Pesto
  • 1 tsp Dried Chives
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to the highest as possible. I preheated mine to 250 degree C.
  • Place the naan in a tray. Spoon some pesto on that and spread it evenly. Top it with tomatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with chives. Season with salt and pepper. Put this in the oven and bake it for 5-8 mins or until the cheese is melted.
  • Remove it from oven, Cut into wedges and serve.
