Ragi Flour / Finger Millet Flour

Salt a pinch

Ghee

Sweet Khoya / Paal Kova

Oil as needed
Instructions
▢
Take water in a pan, add in salt and ghee. Bring it to a boil.
▢
Once it boils, add in rice flour and ragi flour and mix well till it comes together as a ball. Set aside so it cools slightly.
▢
Take your modak mould and grease it lightly with oil.
▢
Place a ball of dough in and press it with your fingers to spread it on all sides. spoon in some khoya and place some more dough and seal it well.
▢
Unmould it.
▢
Place it in a greased steamer plate and steam for 5 mins.
▢
Remove it and let it cool a bit.
▢
Serve.
