Japanese Egg Salad Sandwich

Easy japanese style egg salad sandwich which has perfect balance of sweet and salty mixture. It is easy to make and taste great.

  • Kewpie Mayonnaise - ¼ cup Recipe here
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Mustard Sauce - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Boiled Eggs - 2
  • Bread slices as needed


  • Mix mayo, mustard, salt and sugar in a bowl till creamy.
  • Add in egg yolks and mix well till creamy.
  • Now chop egg whites and add them in. Mix well.
  • Spoon this over bread and sandwich together. Slice and serve.
