Ingredients
▢
Phool Makhana - 2 cups
▢
Ghee - 1 tsp + 2 tsp
▢
Chilli powder to taste
▢
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
▢
Cumin Powder - ½ tsp or to taste
▢
Salt to taste
Instructions
▢
Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan, add makhana and roast for 4 to 5 mins. Remove to a bowl.
▢
In the same pan, add 2 tsp ghee, add spice powders and salt and mix well.
▢
Add in the roasted makhana and mix well.
▢
Cool it down and serve.
