Roasted Phool Makhana Recipe
Ingredients
- Phool Makhana - 2 cups
- Ghee - 1 tsp + 2 tsp
- Chilli powder to taste
- Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder - ½ tsp or to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan, add makhana and roast for 4 to 5 mins. Remove to a bowl.
- In the same pan, add 2 tsp ghee, add spice powders and salt and mix well.
- Add in the roasted makhana and mix well.
- Cool it down and serve.
