Dry Red Chillies - 3 to 4 broken into small pieces
Carrot - 1 cut lengthwise
Cabbage - 1 cup shredded
Capsicum / Bell Peppers - 2 cups sliced thinly
Chilli Garlic Paste - 2 to 3 tblspnRecipe here
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp or to taste
Spring Onions a handful chopped finely
Instructions
Bring lots of water to boil, add in salt and noodles. Cook noodles as per package directions. Drain them, rinse them in cold water and set aside. You can drizzle some oil over the noodles and toss. Set aside.
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in ginger, garlic and saute for a min.
Add in dry red chillies and saute that too.
Add in carrots, cabbage and peppers. add some salt and sugar.Cook for few mins.
Now add in chilli garlic paste and soy sauce. Mix well.
Add in noodles and toss well. Add in lots of spring onion and mix well.
