Ingredients
▢
Horsegram / Kollu - 2 cup
▢
Rice - 1 cup
▢
Yellow Moong Dal - ½ cup
▢
Toor Dal - ½ cup
▢
Urad dal - ½ cup
▢
Chilli Powder - 1 tblspn
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi - ½ tsp
▢
Onion - 1 large chopped finely
▢
Green Chillies - 2 chopped
▢
Ginger - 1 tblspn chopped finely
▢
Curry leaves a handful
▢
Oil as needed
Instructions
▢
Soak horse gram, rice, dals together for 4 hours. Drain and take it in a blender. Puree coarsely and take it in a container.
▢
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
▢
Heat oil in a tawa, pour ladleful of batter and make dosa. Drizzle oil around the sides and cook till golden on both sides.
▢
Serve with chutney.
